Lemme lemme up-grade!

joeh
On the opposite end of the sandbagging spectrum we have Joe-used-to-weigh-a-ton the anti-bagger! Check out his results and try to figure out how he upgraded to 3! Highlights of his six Cat4 races: 2 DNPs, one top 10 and pissing off at least one 360 dude per crit. At least r5 can count on one higher placing when he races against Mini-Me!

  1. R5, you are talking out of your 'ars' again. That 9th place was pretty good result at the Longview Tour of kc crit. seeing as how only 14 or 15 finished the race out of 35 starters. He probably petitioned to 'CTFU' with Ks Cycling cuz he didn't want to get killed by getting wrecked out by the velo boys know as 'Crash-a-Vita'. Noone wants to be near those f@#$ers in a crit with more than 2 corners.

  2. Oh R5. I know for a fact you ain't gonna take joe in a crit or a sprint. And you will get smoked during cx as well. So see yah this fall, Bitch!

  3. does anyone know whats the deal with upgrading to 3 around here? 5-4 just 10 races. but 4-3 the rulebook says either enuf pts or 25 races/pack finishes. what r they really looking 4?

  4. Anonymous at 2:10,

Enough points is 20 with 30 being a mandatory upgrade. Seems like you would have to be racing you balls off to get 25 races. If you do get 25 races I would like to believe that you would have some idea of whether or not you are ready to advance. Here is a handy link with the requirements and tables on how points are earned.

  5. uhmmm that ain't Joe

  6. You can also upgrade by acquiring a certain amount of top 10's in large enough fields, that will get you upgraded as well. The point is, Joe asked to be upgraded. He gave his reasons and arguments to upgrade officials and they saw fit to upgrade him. That is their choice and within their power. I think from Tuesday nights and the Longview crit, Yes, KCA will take the Tuesday niters into consideration for upgrade. Joe has more than shown he can handle the 3's racing, because he is actually racing with the 3's. THis was Chris Hess' point for seperating the 4's from the 'A's on Tuesdays. At least one of his reasons. Remember, 'You' guys were all for this. You guys whine and bitch about guys not upgrading, now you are gonna cry about someone actually doing it. Some of us can't race enough roadraces or crits thru the year to even come close to gathering enough points for an upgrade. So which is it guys??? You can't have it both ways.

  7. Obama would have given joe the upgrade, he gives every thing else away with out earning it! Why not cycling upgrades?

  8. GW is the one that screwed up the cycling upgrade, Obama just inherited the mess!!!

  9. Heard it was Beyonce who upgraded Joe. She couldnt resist big sexy's shiny noggin and connected with him to her 4G-spot network.

  10. If you like it then you shoulda pudda chainring on it

  11. Why are we talking about Obama and GW?

  13. I had a great big way to slap all of you down for how you all all self-contradictory, when I remembered the beauty of the CX Open category.

Open means Open. Race Open, you pussies. Case closed.

  14. Open is not fair, there are guys that race open that are faster then me. I cant win so they should not race.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I scared. I gonna hide out with the masters. Stud will protect me from you baggers.

  16. Dave Stoller, I mean Studn, moved back to SoCal to be near his homo homies.

  17. Just wait tell one of these "sand baggers" knocks down the front end of open field getting lapped. You thought the bitchin was loud before. When some open racers miss out on the $; we just hope the bloodletting won't be too great.

And, lastly we can only hope some of these new open racers, that cannot race masters, hang in there and keep racing. Getting lapped plus racing an hour, will be a hard pill to swallow for some.

  18. Lapped riders are just additional barriers. HTFU.

  19. You TNW warriors will forever be SHADS BITCHES!

  20. No it's not Joe, it's me...in the 4/5. Finished, didn't get lapped and didn't puke. I chalked it up as a victory.

Thanks for painful reminder and showing me exactly how slow I look climbing Cliff Drive. I think that guy on his cell phone might have been making a move on my inside.

  21. r5 I know you have some more d-bag roadie sandbaggers up your sleeve before we get into cross season

    ReplyDelete
  22. I hear there's been some (or a) woman sandbagger in these parts

    ReplyDelete
  23. Since this site is dead, I suggest those interested in sandbagging during the impending Kansas City CX season simply look for information on the 360 team website.

  24. ahhh, another 360 hater. train more and maybe you won't get lapped by them. There are 2 masters' classes in our area. An 'A' and a 'B', which means those that race a master's 'A' race as a 1,2 or a 3 and get a good result. Well, that's not 'sandbagging' Bitch! Its called racing with other similar masters. If you don't like it, go race the 'B's race!
